Work with product owners and delivery teams to groom stories in advance of each sprint.<br/>- Communicate committed stories for the upcoming sprint to the backlog owner and stakeholders<br/>- Support the Backlog Owner and Portfolio Manager in updating monthly the 30-60-90 release roadmap based on the health and priority of the stories of the backlog and planning poker estimates/sizing<br/>- Schedule and facilitate daily stand up meetings<br/>- Adding or removing stories based on burn-down of the current sprint (discuss w/ BSA and TPO or Lead BSA)<br/>- Represent the team daily at the Scrum of Scrums (S2) meeting to report progress against burndown<br/><br/>- If deviating from the ideal burndown line then communicate teams plan/commitment to get back to the line, report impediments for escalation, identify risks/concerns to the S3 to help resolve<br/>- Facilitate retrospective meetings at the end of each sprint / project &#8211; ensure highest priority retrospective points are followed up on and closed out<br/>- Monitor team backlog in v1 daily and ensure it accurately reflects the current state, including time to be burned and status<br/>- Coordinate as needed with other PM's, Resource Managers, or Portfolio Managers the delivery of non-development components<br/>- Facilitate team representation in Sprint Reviews<br/>- Participate in Release retrospective and cross team retrospectives<br/>- Participate in customer councils if and when required<br/>- Strong drive to complete when faced with ambiguity<br/>- Ability to facilitate impediment resolution in a timely, cost effective manner<br/>- Be active in a community of scrummasters to receive mentoring from Agile coaches as well as provide coaching for other teammates sharing best practices and lessons learned.<br/>- Portfolio and budget management (Oracle: Clarity preferred)<br/><br/>- Project maintenance<br/>- AIP , DTC<br/>- Forecasting and budgeting<br/>- Helping communicate to management the roadmap (1-3 months+)<br/>- Manage business relationships with other component teams necessary for product release<br/>- Conduit to other teams and LOBs with which the team is interacting<br/><br/><b>Qualifications</b><br/>Basic Qualifications:<br/><br/>- Bachelors Degree or Military Experience<br/>- 2 year of experience leading Agile Scrum teams<br/>- 2 year of experience in Project Management<br/>- 2 year of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications:<br/><br/>- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business or Project Management<br/>- CSM (Certified Scrummaster) or CST (Certified Scrum Trainer)<br/>- PMP or Masters Certificate of Project Management (CPM)<br/>- 2 years of experience in Project Management<br/>- 2 years of experience in Systems Analysis<br/>- 2 years of experience in Client management<br/>- 1 year of experience in Conversion and/or integration<br/>- 2 years of experience in Working in a finance company and with application life cycles<br/>- Strong written and oral communication skills<br/>- Proficient knowledge of Version One<br/>- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite<br/>- Knowledge of Clarity<br/><br/>At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.<br/><br/>No agencies please.
