Summary:

The Banker is a member of a relationship management team that is responsible for building relationships with businesses and/or high net worth individuals within an assigned region/community. The roles responsibility includes managing and cross-selling a client portfolio comprised of treasury management and/or credit clients with a focus on deepening relationships and generating additional revenue from existing clients. In addition to being the primary point of contact and key financial advisor for the client, the Banker is also accountable for developing new business. - Works with borrowing customers to procure updated financial information on an ongoing basis.

Overall Responsibilities:

- Define and manage software test environments

- Ensures test deliverables are prepared per enterprise guidelines; monitors the completion of tasks within time and cost constraints and ensures that technical and functional objectives are met.

- Interact with the product delivery team; participate in product requirement/design reviews to provide input on completeness of functional requirements, product designs, and schedules

- Identify interdependencies, ambiguities or omissions, and make suggestions to improve requirements and ensure usability/testability
- Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, with focus to mitigate risks
- Plan test schedules in accordance with project scope and delivery expectations
- Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and/or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness
- Develop testing scenarios/cases to address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, boundary/negative testing, error or defect retests, usability; including automated scripts
- Perform Test Execution; direct and monitor other testers during test execution
- Perform initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine breakdown source
- Adhere to defect tracking process; document software defects, using a defect tracking tool (Quality Center), monitor the progress in a timely manner, escalate aging and priority defects
- Document test procedures to ensure repeatability and compliance with standards - Collect and report test results through various metrics reporting tools and communicating to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Lead other QA team members in primary and offshore locations; coordinating work for timely delivery
- Assess readiness and deviation of project performance based on risks and the test results.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or military experience or substituted with 5+ years of relevant IT/Quality experience
- At least 2 years experience in project management methodologies, including Agile methodologies and supporting techniques (e.g. Test Driven Development and continuous integration processes), packaged system implementations, and traditional specification-driven approaches
- At least 2 years experience in business processes and related systems supporting either Commercial Bank, Retail Bank, Credit Card or Finance industries
- At least 2 years experience in testing with a firm understanding of functional end to end testing, system testing, batch processing, user acceptance testing, and regression

DM5DBA – Database Administrator - Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain data in all production and non-production databases and replication servers. Maintain security database; generate reports, queries and documentation. Work with project teams to identify database changes needed.

- Manage database elements, including creation, alteration, deletion and copying of schemas, databases, tables, views, indexes, stored procedures, triggers and declarative integrity constraints.
- Set up access privileges to databases. Create and maintain user profiles for database access, including login and password. Perform backup and recovery, configure database parameters, and prototype designs against logical data models.
- Monitor database and replication servers for resource utilization. Handle testing, reporting, backup/restore. Manage database distribution, security and access requirements.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High school degree, GED or military experience

- 2 years of DBA experience with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle RDBMS

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree

- Certification (DBA track) in Oracle, Teradata, DB2, and/or SQL Server
- 5 years of experience in Database Administration (DBA) on a Relational Database Management System (RDBMS)
- 5 years of DBA experience in MS SQL Server and/or Oracle

- Familiarity with Agile development lifecycle methodology

As an application developer on the Bureau System and Data team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Credit Bureau data attributes utilizing a proprietary GUI integrated development environment and mainframe technologies. You will produce ad hoc reports utilizing JCL and SAS for validation, issue research, and performance reporting.

Team members are responsible for project delivery of all sizes following a strict SDLC while partnering with other areas of IT and the overall Credit Card business to ensure quality of intent and flawless delivery. You will become an expert with Credit Bureau data and the overall Credit Card originations process.

Responsibilities:

- Support projects that enable credit decisioining for Credit Cards in credit bureau

- Attribute management, account acquisitions or account management platforms. Design and code programs; create test transactions and execute tests for quality assurance.

- Document all work for audit purpose that includes writing and revising Standard Operating Procedures.

- Review existing platforms to improve capacity and efficiency. Create Functional and Technical design documents.

- Proficient in creating new programs of moderate and scope, working with basic

- Applications, systems designs, and specifications and utilizing standard procedures and techniques.

- Guide junior team members on best practices. Independently manage timelines and deliverables for projects. Participates in post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree

- 1 plus year of experience in Mainframe Application development

Preferred Qualifications:

- Masters in Business Information Systems or Computer Science or Engineering

- VBA, Java, SAS, C++, SQL, JCL, Mainframe, MS Office, Project Management

- Two years of related work experience in one or more of the following;

- Development in a Decision Engine (e.g. Strategy Manager, TRIAD, Blaze Advisor, Probe)

- Project Management

Summary:
The Banker is a member of a relationship management team that is responsible for building relationships with businesses and/or high net worth individuals within an assigned region/community. Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains the company's relationships with contacts/customers to maintain and expand business.
- Maintains a regular calling program on customers and prospects in order to generate high quality new deposit and loan business from existing clients in order to achieve or exceed specific production goals.
- Meets with existing customers and prospects through personal calling efforts and other contacts to discuss business needs and recommend ways in which the bank can help provide business solutions to all of their financial needs.
- Assists in planning the portfolio growth through the development of a business plan in alignment with departmental budget and consistent with overall Bank asset/liability management objectives.
- Responsible for expanding their prospect and COI base by consistently networking in the community.
- Responsible for the sale and administration of all banking services to include deposits, loans, investments, trust, etc. to businesses and/or individuals within the assigned region.
- Coordinates with various divisions and departments (Trust, Branches, Operations, etc.) in the servicing of routine transactions and in solving the special customers.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of competitors products and pricing in the market served.
- Responsible for the proper pre-qualification, structuring, pricing, and exception-free closing on all loans in his/her assigned area.
- Reviews demand deposit profitability analysis and outlines strategies to bring unprofitable accounts back to profitable status.
- Evaluates risk and compensating demand deposit balances of each loan in order to properly price loan to meet profitability standards.
- Works with borrowing customers to procure updated financial information on an ongoing basis.
- Communicates lending decisions to customer.
- Follows up on loan exceptions to insure timely clearing. Controls volume of exceptions.
