<item><title>Syndication Port Specialist II (USA) Job (New York, NY, US)</title><description><![CDATA[Syndication Port Specialist II (USA)-734147<br/><br/><b>Description</b><br/>Summary:<br/>Syndication Portfolio Management (&#8220;SPM&#8221;) oversees Capital One&#8217;s (&#8220;CONA&#8221;) responsibilities as Administrative Agent (&#8220;Agent&#8221;) to syndicate members on credit facilities shared among a number of financial institutions. Additionally, SPM supports transactions where CONA enters into a Participation Agreement with other banks and, by default, assumes a legal responsibility to deliver transaction-related information to the participants. SPM has overall responsibility for ensuring fulfillment by CONA of its agency duties in monitoring compliance by the borrower under the terms of the credit agreement and for managing coordination among CONA internal groups on initial loan closings and, subject to circumstances, in subsequent material amendments or modifications.<br/><br/>Basic Competencies:<br/>- Has a confident and concise communication skill.<br/>- Effectively leverages network across multiple teams.<br/>- Pulls resources together to effectively perform responsibilities.<br/>- Handles ambiguity well; consults group management accordingly.<br/>- Provides guidance to junior team members in relation to documentation review and processing.<br/>- Partners with Deal Team to develop ways to improve the customer experience<br/>- Self-starter with ability to work well independently.<br/><br/>Surveillance <b>Responsibilities:</b><br/>- Review Credit Agreement for on-going borrower reporting requirements, financial covenants, borrowing base calculations, deal triggers and insurance requirements.
