We nurture a work environment where people with a variety of thoughts, ideas and backgrounds, guided by our shared Values, come together to make Capital One a great company &#8211; and a great place to work.<br/><br/>Brief Role Description: Lead projects, conduct analysis, and assist with operations related to Capital One&#8217;s equity compensation programs.<br/><br/>Specific duties include:<br/><br/>-          Project Lead on projects related to equity programs such as rolling out the stock purchase program internationally, conducting the Stock Plan Adminstration RFP, and implementing system, reporting, and process enhancements<br/><br/>-          Represent equity programs on cross-functional projects such as integrations and long term incentive design changes<br/><br/>-          Provide equity reporting and conduct analysis for internal clients and partners<br/><br/>-          Monitor equity programs and lead resolution efforts on high profile and complexity issues<br/><br/>-          Assist Equity Administrator with new grants, releases, stock purchase plan issuance, dividend distribution, and other activities as needed<br/><br/><b>Qualifications</b><br/>Basic Qualifications:<br/>-          Bachelor&#8217;s degree<br/><br/>-          3 years managing programs, projects, or processes<br/><br/>-          3 years experience in compensation, accounting, finance, or equity<br/><br/>-          Ability to learn and understand deep technical information<br/><br/>-          Advanced problem solving and analytical thinking skills<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications:<br/><br/>-          Knowledge and experience with administering equity programs<br/><br/>-          Certified Equity Professional (CEP)<br/><br/>-          Knowledge and experience with security laws and compliance management<br/><br/>-          Vendor management experience<br/><br/>-          Experience leading cross-functional efforts<br/><br/>-          Experience with monitoring programs, driving efficient processes, and managing stakeholders<br/><br/>-          Strong communication skills, both written and verbal<br/><br/>-          Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel<br/><br/>At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.<br/><br/>No agencies please.
