Develop and implement compliance related risk management program including transaction testing in the Financial Services Business Risk Office. Summary:

Support the COAF technical security compliance program. This involves assisting technical remediation and requirements compliance.

Responsibilities:

Review incoming security, risk, and audit requirements and assist with the technical approach to resolve.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

2 years experience working in an Information Security role, Business Continuity Management, and/or Risk Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong Windows, AD, NTFS and Share skills

Basic knowledge of Database technology (e.g., understanding of DB structure/schema)

Understanding of technical security (ssl, authentication methods, etc.)

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work with in-sourced and outsourced partners

Strong verbal and written communications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Risk Managers at Capital One are the front line of defense to ensure our Company remains stable and profitable.

Risk Managers at Capital One are highly motivated Risk Management professionals with excellent organizational and communication skills. They have a high level of exposure across lines of business and have the opportunity to work with Executives to create and implement innovative solutions to identify and mitigate potential risks to the Company.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as interdepartmental liaison, interfacing with lines of business and staff functions such as HR and other areas of Risk
- Gather data and reporting; perform initial analysis or potentially evaluate data provided by team analysts
- Design and implement internal governance processes
- Test controls and track issues
- Manage, implement and deliver on a subset of the program deliverables

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or military experience
- 4 years of Operations Risk Management or compliance experience
- 3 years of Project Management experience
- 5 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of Project Management experience leading cross functional projects and programs in Risk
- 6 years of operations risk management or compliance experience
- PMP Certification or Masters Certificate of Project Management (CPM)
- Ability to set direction, manage expectations and lead cross-functional teams
