Description
Summary:

Work as part of a team of Derivative Marketers responsible for structuring and executing a broad range of FX spot and derivatives strategies for Capital One's Commercial Banking and Small Business Banking customers

Responsibilities:

- Work with Relationship Managers, Underwriters and Credit Officers to analyze customer foreign exchange needs and develop strategies to meet those needs

- Back up other FX and Derivatives Marketers in customer and Banker discussion as needed
- Structure and implement appropriate FX strategies for these customers
- Regularly participate in pipeline calls with Relationship Managers to discuss upcoming client transactions
- Jointly monitor policies, procedures and systems to ensure that applicable regulations are met and internal controls are in place
- Assist in the ongoing training of Capital One's Relationship Managers and Underwriters
- Keep abreast of industry trends and issues by reviewing industry periodicals and information, attending industry seminars and meeting with industry leaders
- Other duties as assigned

- 4 year college degree

- 2 years+ broad-based experience in foreign exchange

Summary:
Participates in developing and executing test scenarios for unit, process, function, system integration and acceptance testing. Manages the schedule and priority of the testing effort. Oversees the management of the testing effort using Test Director and the automation of test cases using WinRunner. Prioritizes and manages defects throughout the testing lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Develops test cases, scenarios and scripts to ensure quality applications.
- Designs and develops usability testing scenarios, and administers portions of testing process.
- Defines criteria for testing, analyzes results of testing sessions and presents results.
- Implements test tools and processes on projects. Participates in selection of testing tools and approaches.
- Manage and develop Jr QA, and Contract associates.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
- At least 2 years of experience in SQL Query writing and analysis
- At least 2 years of experience in Documentation and communications

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related degree
- Certified Tester Certification
- 2 years of experience in Developer or tester
- 5 years of experience in SQL Query writing and analysis
