The successful candidate will be expected to perform QA testing to determine if processes and control points are functioning as expected.  In order to be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to look at process areas from a value stream perspective to understand the overall effectiveness of the work being performed.  The successful candidate will be a key contributor to identifying and implementing process improvements in Commercial Operations.<br/><br/>This role will require the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners in operations, exceptional teamwork skills, and the ability to communicate to and influence associates are varying levels.  Since this position will require routine interaction with Department managers and leaders, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate Quality Assurance results in both a verbal and reporting format is considered critical.  This role also requires the ability to operate effectively with minimal guidance.<br/><br/>The successful candidate in this role will be expected to be the face of Quality Assurance for the supported area.
