The individual in this role will be responsible for independently setting goals and strategies to achieve a competitive advantage within the Commercial Card arena, forecasting future needs, thus developing a deep understanding of the Commercial Card arena's product position as related to competitor products. The individual in this role will also oversee the development and on-going maintenance (i.e. enhancements and modifications) of all products and services to maintain or enhance competitive positions. The responsibilities include planning, directing, organizing, controlling and implementing the products and services commensurate with the objective of the business unit and Capital One. The individual in this role may also have supervisory responsibility for Commercial Card department employees, to include coaching, training and counseling.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for identifying and achieving financial goals for product lines and understanding market pricing dynamics.
- Measure product results understand product dynamics, and ensure highest product quality.
- Identify and target potential customers and/or markets for products.
- Influence sales force regarding strategies, markets and customers.
- Develop, implement and execute marketing plans and strategies.
- Recommend new products or enhancements as changes are warranted or justified.
- Develop long-term business plans for assigned product lines.
- Evaluate business plans based on strategic goals.
- Develop long-term goals for related product lines.

- Provide assistance to operations and systems on production and client support issues.
- Promote assigned products and services to obtain support for cross-selling efforts.
- Promote/market products throughout the bank.
- Develop and enhance professional rapport with all areas of the bank.
- Supervises the activities of Product Managers and Assistants to include hiring, work assignments, appraisals and salary.
- Recommends promotions, terminations and salary adjustments for subordinates.
- Interviews job applicants and recommends them for hire.
- Trains, counsels and disciplines subordinates on job performance.
- Controls department workflow to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Recruit and effectively plan for departmental staffing needs.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Management -- or Military experience
- 7+ years of product management experience, or 8+ years of experience in bank operations
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial Card Product Management
- 7+ years of treasury/cash management industry related experience either within a Corporate Treasury or non-credit services product management
- 3+ years of supervisory / management experience
- Certified Treasury Professional designation

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5-10 years in the Commercial Card business, either in a sales or product capacity
- Pre-Paid and Payroll Card experience
- Master’s in Business Administration
- Strong Strategic Vision for high growth product within a large Card Organization
- Able to manage a diverse infrastructure and environment with a fast paced push and drive for product features in the market

Summary: The Senior Security Console Consultant protects the assets of Capital One and its subsidiaries, staff members and customers by ensuring compliance with the company’s Security Program and by serving as a liaison between Security Consultants in the regions and Security Console Operators. As Senior Security Console Consultant superior knowledge of alarms and security procedures and processes are expected as well as knowledge of field operations and security procedures for retail locations.

Responsibilities:
? Coordinates with Security Consultants on robberies to assist in surveillance retrieval and timely submission of photos to Law Enforcement
? Pulls requested alarm and system reports for open security investigations or branch security assessments
? Retrieves and burns surveillance video for insurance and security requests
? Assist field advisors with quality assurance of retail banks to ensure the following of security procedures by branch staff, including opening/closing procedures and robbery/hold up response through video surveillance
? Coordinate critical response working with law enforcement, fire, medical, or other emergency services as requested by the Security Consultants in the region
? Coordinate pin code changes for new vendors or yearly audits with proper notification to vendors and those affected
? Assist with ATM/Branch monitoring for skimmers or high risk locations
? Enters, updates, and retrieves client and account information from a variety of security and video applications.
? Maintains power status spreadsheets during weather emergencies for regions, providing updates as requested
? Provides basic data entry and administration support to Console Operators as needed.
? Coordinates with project managers on new install and projects involving security monitoring
? Updates and maintains “One Call Gets All” phone tree information and creates applicable job aides.
? Coordinates testing with onsite technicians for new installs, adds new zone information and makes accounts active once they have the appropriate information entered.
? Performs audits on account information including panels.
? Engages in regular communication with the security consulting team.
? Assist in building fire drill and floor warden program.
? Coordinate with security consultant to learn robbery response, risk score template report writing
? Coordinate with security consultant to complete Branch Security Assessments
? Participate in New Branch Manager briefing with security consultants
? Proficient in Google Earth to assist security consultants
? Able to handle supervisor duties such as scheduling, payroll and administrative tasks for assigned shift
? Provides necessary training regarding the proper operations of all working components of the central station

2 shifts available: 2pm-10pm and 10pm - 6am

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

1 year direct people management experience
Associates Degree or equivalent and advanced security training

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree
CSAA Central Station Operator 1 & 2
Ability to communicate professionally
Have a strong sense of customer service
Ability to succeed at a high level within a team environment
Prior alarm central station or call center experience
Experience with MasterMind alarm monitoring software
5+ Years security experience
Experience in Lead or senior role
