The Role:

This resource will lead activities related to Commercial Banking events, hospitality and other non bank services. The resource will serve as a communications funnel and decision maker on various Commercial Banking programs.

This resource will define the scope, schedule and budget of various non bank programs and work directly with Senior Management, Corporate Events, Sponsorships and Sports Marketing teams to ensure they are executed efficiently and effectively and in line with Commercial Banking expectations to create a memorable and distinct experience for our clients.

This resource will be responsible for tracking and monitoring events as well as be a point of contact for clients and Relationship Managers related to the specific programs.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain associate and client lists
- Manage all aspects in developing programs and large events in support of Associate and client facing events
- Develop processes and interaction model to continuously improve client experience
- Work with Senior Management of the Commercial Bank to ensure business objectives are met with the execution of events.
- Engage associates in Commercial events
- Manage non bank services budget
- Create and maintain ongoing feedback loop

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree or Military experience
- 5+ years of project management experience focused specifically on event planning

Preferred Qualifications:

- Commercial Banking experience
- Experience working with high value clients and sales forces
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
