Description
Level: Sr. Manager
Within the Portfolio Delivery Management organization this role will be leading IT initiatives for Labor Strategy, process improvements, and operations. Identifies and manages strategic direction in coordination with business and IT Senior Leadership needs and direction. Candidates should have proven analytical, project and people leadership ability.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business partners and other groups to identify determine priority of needs.
- Lead key IT Labor Strategy initiatives including Insourcing efforts
- Manage team of associates and contractors
-Creating materials for and leading executive updates on key initiatives
- Partnering across IT, Operations, HR, and other Enterprise teams at various levels to accomplish goals
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of experience in Managing medium to large projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Science, Engineering, or Management
- 5 -10 years of experience in Managing medium to large initiatives
- 5 years of experience in People Mananagement
- 5-10 years of leading cross IT and Business initiatives
